  • How is made the payment in the Online store?

All orders within the online store should be in advance. Payment with debit cards Visa or MasterCard credit accepted.

  • Can changes or cancellations be made, after confirming a PO?

You can make any change or cancellation in your shopping cart and before having confirmed the payment. Once the payment has been made and to receive confirmation of your purchase, you can not make changes or refunds.

  • Can I receive my PO in other address?

Yes, we know that many of our customers can be at their workplace during the day and prefer to receive their POs there or they wish to send them to other persons as a gift. We can send the items to an address other than your domicile. However, you must be aware that once your PO is confirmed, you cannot change the shipment address.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

We have three types of delivery option; you can choose the one that best suits your needs:
– International Shipping: will cost USD $ 35.00 for shipping and can take up to 30 calendar days to receive your merchandise depending on your order.
– NATIONAL SHIPMENTS: It costs 30 USD and can take 30 days to arrive naturally to your home.
– NATIONAL SHIPPING EXPRESS: It costs 35 USD and can take up to 15 calendar days to reach your home. (Only available on certain products).
It is important to consider that all orders are processed the next working day after the date of payment verification.

  • As you can verify my order?

Once your payment is accepted, well send you an email with either the status of your order or failing data sent by parcel.
